Don’t think it would be worth fighting, there’s signs all over Carlisle area saying no trucks S through Carlisle. To many people walking around that college anyway, not that I’ve ever drove through thereBUMBACLADWAR Thanks this.

im lookin into tvc right now, hopefully they can reduce the charge
-
he told me cause of the trailer thts how i got the ticket right on us route 11 near i-81 mile marker 178. if i was bob tailin i wouldnt hve gotten the ticket
-
it happen round avoca, pa right on route 11, clearly a truck route

I also would like to see the entire ticket. Sounds to me like they dinged him for having a 53 ft trailer instead of a 48. He might fight it on grounds that he was on the National network.
Regarding having to appear in court.....not so fast. I was given a ticket in Utica NY. I plead not guilty and contacted the office of the ADA. I learned that I could request a trial by mail. I wrote a letter explaining my position that the officer didn’t follow procedure, I attached the procedural document and the ADA withdrew the charge. Try that.
No way in your shoes would I roll over and pay that ticket.Last edited by a moderator: May 15, 2018

I’d venture a guess you GROSS $3,500. When viewed in that light, $800 is a after tax dent. And Maybe non tax deductiblebrian991219, spyder7723, driverdriver and 1 other person Thank this.
