Something isn't adding up; i take rt.11 all the time to get to Harrisburg terminal.

Could you post the entire ticket, blocking out your name and other sensitive stuff, of course.

Don’t think it would be worth fighting, there’s signs all over Carlisle area saying no trucks S through Carlisle. To many people walking around that college anyway, not that I’ve ever drove through there

I also would like to see the entire ticket. Sounds to me like they dinged him for having a 53 ft trailer instead of a 48. He might fight it on grounds that he was on the National network.

Regarding having to appear in court.....not so fast. I was given a ticket in Utica NY. I plead not guilty and contacted the office of the ADA. I learned that I could request a trial by mail. I wrote a letter explaining my position that the officer didn’t follow procedure, I attached the procedural document and the ADA withdrew the charge. Try that.

No way in your shoes would I roll over and pay that ticket.

In that case, maybe you do need to fight it. Petro & rt 11 I assumed Carlisle, forgot about WB area Petro.

I’d venture a guess you GROSS $3,500. When viewed in that light, $800 is a after tax dent. And Maybe non tax deductible
