No way you’ll average 60 cpm. We were given a warning by Bentonville if we cannot hire drivers they’re going to axe the fleet so these guys will lie to you as bad as a JB Hunt Recruiter.

Saved me from saying the same thing06driver Thanks this.

If i prove it to you, will you acknowledge that you were wrong and stop spreading untruths about the new pay scale?06driver Thanks this.
-
C'mon driver, you know the answer to that!
Depending on region, it's safe to say a new driver shouldn't have any problem making 71-73k. So 71k÷105k miles = approximately 67 cents/mile when mileage and all activities are figured in.
For example I averaged out to roughly 87cents/mile last year, and no, I'm not making .58cpm.
There is more to it than mileage.
Do I agree with split pay scale, no.
Hopefully B'ville is realize that they messed up and start walking back some of the bad decisions. One can only hope06driver Thanks this. -
They won’t and you’re only fooling yourself to think they ever will. The great plan is in motion and all of this was created before Tracy Morgan. There’s no turning back now.
-
Well i guess nobody will no for sure until next year, I don't see why it wouldn't be obtainable.
On another sad note.... It was confirmed that in the future new trucks will be autos
-
The kids coming from the Mega’s with their 30 months of experience need trucks they’re familiar with.
