You need to research how IFTA works. You're just throwing away money until you do.

 

PennDOT replaced the print edition with this almost useless interactive online version called One Map. You have to create an account and drill deep to find what you are looking for. I use it for spec'ing permits and researching defenses for my clients.

Ok got it, but you do know that rt 11 has more restrictions because of some construction going on and it isn't always posted?

Look, this ticket is a load of BS. Cough up the extra cash and have a lawyer decimate it. If that cop said anything to you which indicates this isn't as serious as it should be, he's subtly telling you, "I'm not going to court on this, I have real work to do." You won't simply be moving on for a few years, this is gonna show up on your record. Protect that license

State boys will post up near restricted bridges, and roads at times though. Usually they are off the beaten path though, and state boy has better things to fo.
