I don't know much about any dedicated routes in the Indiana area. Generally you need to work for TMC on Line/long haul until a position opens in a dedicated operation. I was with TMC for a year and a half before getting a dedicated gig.
There must be some dedicated opportunity around there. There is a lot of steel that runs around that part of the country, so you have a pretty good chance of getting on something after you get some time in with TMC. Good luck.
A dedicated run does not have to be a big operation either. One of my trainers previous trainees landed a dedicated run from one end of Iowa to the other pulling oversize steel plates. TMC could have had a different driver take them every day, but dealing with the oversize permits was much simpler for one truck. The only downside was the the project only lasted for a few months before that customer decided to ship by rail and save money.
