If Penske finds out about that, they will pull the truck and the carrier won't be able to rent/lease a truck from them and neither will the driver. They have some issue with sub-leasing the truck without notification or a lease agreement.
I have a feeling that the driver here is working for a crap company and that crap effects all of us.
