Had a real winner today.
Stop for fuel, there are 4 pumps, one has a barrel in front of it, so 3 today. All occupied. Pull in behind the one with hoses not in the tanks hoping he moves first. My mistake. Driver actively fueling finishes and leaves. Go there, get my fuel, and low and behold driver comes out and I say you should move your truck after you're done getting fuel. He says "my card no work that why". Ok whatever. He proceeds to sit in the drivers seat, at the pump, making a phone call. It never occurs to move to the large mostly vacant parking area maybe 150' away. By the time I am done and parked, go in, eat and come back out, he is still sitting there, at the pump, still not doing squat. And management doesn't seem to care. Unreal.

 

The amount of lost fuel sales due to the "fuel island parkers" would probably pay for a person to constantly control the fuel islands.

Honestly I can't stand to listen to the trash I hear on the CB anytime I turn it on. Sick of petty arguing, screaming names at each other, challenging each other to fight, etc. At the minimum people are just jerks. Someone asks a question and gets a super sarcastic remark.

 

CB is the forerunner to the internet.
