Drive all night. Traffic is non-exsistent for me. Unless someone does something really dumb, or a rare construction closure.
Traffic jam tip.

Yeah we already have problems with idiots behind the wheel, checking a website or your phone to figure out you are going to run into a traffic jam? Really?
-
I want to know if they have to prove intent now? It's doesn't matter to the FBI apparently.SteveScott Thanks this.

Most drivers anymore can’t spell “CB”.TheyCallMeDave and snowwy Thank this.

I know. Only whackos on it most of the time these days. Still good in an emergency though.

My truck has a tablet on the dash running maps AND one of those old stupid radio things.
#### that thing has some range too. I’ve talked to co workers 10 miles away loud and clear. We just use our own channel, there is 30 of us generally working on the same jobs taking similar routes.
And no I didn’t put the tablet in. My company did.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
#### I wish mine had that range. My old stupid radio only works about half a mile.

There CB is great for when you get stuck in the traffic jam and everyone is asking "What's the hold up"?
I especially love that when there have been signs for miles saying such and such lane(s) are closed (with the exception of the driver that just got on the highway).
AND THEN..... the #itching and fighting begins while I'm trying to enjoy my audio book.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Traffic jams?? Trucked 450 miles without getting behind another vehicle and travelled near 40 miles without seeing any vehicles last night. Don't miss the large metro areas at all.
NavigatorWife Thanks this.
