BEWARE of WERNER!!!

werner is a mega. dnt work for mega, they will skin u like a animal for all you are worth and dump u in the river. u will do swaps every week which means, u will not make any money. go with small companies that has bout 100 trucks or so

 

If everyone refused to work for the megas it would force them to change or become extinct

 

I pass them every single week between Fargo and Dallas. They are extremely angry and unprofessional drivers. There’s something up with that company.

 

Werner was fine when I worked for them. I work for a small company now and like that better tho. Werner pushed me to train. Not want to. Just want to drive. Most companies are good and bad. And minimum wage doesn't apply to trucking, so you have no ''suit'. Good grief.

I always get a kick out if that thread, how the guy did all in his power to avoid the putrid stench of his trainer. He described the farting and belching and bad breath like it was the precursor to a volcanic eruption. The eruption, of course, is when the morbidly obese Werner trainer finally pooped himself around 6AM every single day.

 

Unfortunately that won’t happen as long as those megas will have plenty of warm bodies with just enough intelligence to breathe to hire right off the street and shove through their steering wheel holder factories.

 

Central Oregon wanted me to piss and do my business in the bushes or woods. I would always stop at a rest area or truck stop the night before I had to deliver. They were big on being as close to the cons as possible. I explained I would to shower and use the rest rooms like a normal human and they responded I needed to be creative. REALLY!!!

As far as Werner is concerned, you can't live on .35cpm, the pay has gone up since then, wonder why?

 

I didn't say they didn't treat me well, I said the pay SUCKS and that is relative. Some people think making $500 a week is great, some people need $1000. a week to live. Werner did not pay a living wage at the time I worked there. Why do you think the turn over is so high at all these companies, Werner, Swift, Stevenson, CRST, CR England, etc.....
