My day couldnt get any better i was in the middle of nowhere iowa. 55mph. I was going 64. Pulled over. He said im getting a speed warning in a work zone. There were 0 signs of road work wtf? Like 0. But i didny get a citation but it goes on my csa. Is this considered a moving violation? Like wheb applying to another company no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years i now have 3 . This is my first speeding.

If you're doing ten over in Iowa and don't get a ticket you must have special powers.aussiejosh, Travelworld2067 and Puppage Thank this.

Verbal warning only... Golden ! Written Warning Citation is a different animal and cannot be fought and will effect CSA Points for a 3 year period before they drop off.

I was going 9 over
-
Yea that little distinction doesn't usually matter on whether or not you get a ticket in Iowa.

If it was written as a warning on a inspection form then it will hit the csa score and your psp. But it should not hit your mvr.
Travelworld2067 and jammer910Z Thank this. -
Does that mean it dosent count as a moving violation???
