Employers are like anything else, no matter where you go some will love it some will hate it.

Yes, I mean what do you want to haul. Doesn’t do any good to suggest reefer companies if you want to pull flats. Ya know?

@Chinatown is like TTR yellow pages on employers.

Where are you located? That would probably help people suggest a better employer.

Hard to say the miles you’ll get though. I’ve only worked at 1 mega and I averaged 2900-3500/wk. Obviously some weeks were worse some better. That was at KLLM hauling reefer stuff. Some people I met there were starving to death and couldn’t get miles to save their lives. Lots of variables.

wow that's nice man...yeah and weird too because like you said you were killing it and others begging for some. Do you think any of that had to do with them as drivers..the company, mixture?

No problem at all. I’m off work and bored, thus the responses lol. East Coast employers idk. I’m from the South East. Good luck and more people should be chiming in eventually.

A mix if I was to take an educated guess.

Driver and I had the same dispatcher, they’re not running and I am.

    So who knows.

Why not let someone else pay for it and not be obligated. WAOI funded training for instance.

Go to a 160 hr. cdl school then sign on with a reefer outfit that runs coast to coast and lets you take the dog. All these let you take the dog.
Schuster - nations largest ice cream hauler.
    Navajo Express
    Freymiller
    Magnum Ltd.
    Butler Transport
Jim Palmer Trucking - reefer outfit with their own cdl school.
FFE (Frozen Food Express) - @TravR1 is a new driver there and is running coast to coast; long runs. One of their terminals is in New Jersey and has more scattered across the nation.
