You need an agent. I would ask for a private jet. Screw the bus.

It's rare any company pays health. They will be happy to deduct the payments out of your check. They will give you some cheapie dental that costs $29 a month.

I think I may have the unicorn job. 48 cpm, full health, company covered 80% dental, vision plan. Reading through this thread I expected the 1099 from the get go. You've got to pay if you want good drivers.

While they may not "pay" it, any company worth working for has much better healthcare at a much lower cost than any person can get on their own. They also have workmans comp, paid vacations, matching 401k, etc etc. And they don't play the 1099 game.

@Nick Nurali i assume you contacted the owners of this website and paid for advertising space right? You wouldn't want to come off as another shady fly by night outfit trying to freeload would you?

Come on o didn’t pay to this website :Dit is simple to understand how we work. My drivers get paid average 1500-2000$ a week. Weekens are home! They take a pickture of odometer when they start their week and send it to me, they do same think when they finish their week. They get paid for everything, even for backups :D It depends on them if they want healthcare or not? Statistically people who get 1099’s pay less taxes than others! You will be able to deduck everything what is related to your job! They decide whenever they want to go on vacation. They just let me know what their plan is. I am truck driver, so i know what truck driving is! I just make sure that they get 6k to 8k dollars it to their account. I don’t care how big companies work, we work the way we think is better for everyone. I have drivers with clean record, bunch of endorsements and good clean history who makes 2500$-3000$ a WEEK!!! Yes a WEEK! + they are home on weekends!!!
So you decide brother if we are doing right or not..

If was more knowledgeable about how to work on 1099 and how I can benefit from it I would do it right now. I've ran my own truck. But went broke leasing to the company for cheap pay rate. I'm still in the hole to the IRS and I did not file my 2017 taxes. So I'm in a hole.

Statistically 1099 pay less ,? What a load of bs.!!
Ya know first you come on here with this good pay for responsible drivers bs only to find out its 1099 bs.
now on top of that you try throwing out a line like , statistically bla bla bla. Man I guess you think .... Well nevermind.

By the way no! Your not doing right.
Your not paying your fair share of the taxes!!!!!
    Your not covering workmans comp.!!!!!

Oh here's another thing there just ain't a lot of deductions for a company driver .
I don't know why keep trying to throw that in like it's something magical and something a driver on a w2 can't do.

So how does you not paying your fair share of taxes and paying for workers comp work better for everyone?

Oh wait I'll rephrase how's it better for the driver?,
