Are we taking requests for speciality Snap-on tools? A tune-up wrench like the 7/8 used on Cummins but in 18MM for MX would be great. I made my own. Intake jam nut is PITA. Also, maybe laser etching 60 degree or 90 degree marks on some impact sockets would be great for torque and turn fasteners for mains, rods and headbolts. I have one for ISX mains and heads in 24MM in 3/4 drive and it's cats meow.

Yeah, you're right. It was a 16mm I used for starter bolts and the aforementioned augers. I have an 18mm... don't remember specifically why I bought it, other than I needed it for something.
I do the same thing with my socket sets, with exception to 1/4" sets... I just buy impacts. I figure I'm not going to be impacting with a 1/4" socket, so I keep those chrome. But my 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1 inch sets are all chrome, of course with exception to the steel sockets for hub nuts and the like.Goodysnap Thanks this. -
Snapon makes an 18mm drop box end wrench that works pretty good on paccars. Could use a slight bit more drop though.spsauerland, Jazz1 and Goodysnap Thank this.

I have a Matco offset that I use and found the same thing. Just a smidge more, I agree.spsauerland Thanks this.

Might be better off modifying a 18mm wrench to your liking. I have a drawer full of tools I have made over the years for specific applications
Last week it was a flywheel puller for Stihl chainsaw.Tug Toy, spsauerland and AModelCat Thank this. -
We're technically not allowed to use modified tools at work but I've made a few. My favourite was a yolk puller I made out of a long center bolt and a piece of square tubing. That and a cam bushing driver out of a long bolt and a heavy washer.Jazz1 Thanks this.

I have the Snap-on one, but I agree it needs more. I will take a pick of the one I made out of Craftsman wrench I bent and welded Betts mudflap hanger to.Jazz1 Thanks this.

My custom MX tune-up wrench. -
Good call on the crapsman wrench. Not likely you'll be able to get it warrantiesd anyhow. I saw their boxes for sale at the local Lowes last weekend. Man that's gotta hurt. One name that sure is sinking fast.
spsauerland Thanks this.
