Hello, I am a brand new company and have been having difficulty finding drivers within the Chicago area. I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to find owner operators (own their own semi and trailer). Thank you.

Oh that's a simple one. Pay for it!.

If you are not attracting O/O's, then you simply need to up what you pay said company.

What is the pay rate that is being offered for owners. Because a smart owner with their own trailer has their own authority. So they use brokers.
    Are you a broker? Or a carrier? @rafael.e ?

I am a carrier. Also I am currently using load boards and based on the rates I receive from the load board that is how much I pay the drivers. Would you recommend using something else besides a load board to find loads?

Offer free track suits and matching Addias sneaks to go with a white volvo as an incentive?
