Hello, I am a brand new company and have been having difficulty finding drivers within the Chicago area. I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to find owner operators (own their own semi and trailer). Thank you.

I am a carrier. Also I am currently using load boards and based on the rates I receive from the load board that is how much I pay the drivers. Would you recommend using something else besides a load board to find loads?
