i also have my own auth, but i am not using it. if i could get a do-over, i would have went to load school and learned how to get a GOOD customer base, and learn the industry better. without good, better yet gr8 paying customers, i can't see how it can b done

YOU, the driver, should be included in the cost to run a load as an EXPENSE to the truck. Personally, I figure myself into the cost to run at .35 per mile loaded and empty. Then and only then can you begin to get at a true profit consideration. The idea is that YOU, as the O/O, are BOTH an employee(deserving a wage) AND an owner(deserving a profit).
