Violations in your own vehicle

You have to notify your employer within 24 hours of receiving a ticket.

 

Where do you guys live that a seat belt ticket shows up on your MVR???

 

They will pull your MVR and see it, seatbelt tickets shouldnt carry points so i wouldnt worry about it they only want the $.

Since all the seatbelt laws were initially set up as a non primary violation and now are one, I still see it as choice not listening to a nanny state Govt.

 

An easily observable chance to break the law, and face the consequences.

 

There is a difference! If I get a seatbelt violation on a motorcycle we are going the whole way to the supreme court if need be.

There isn’t a person on here that hasn’t gone without a seatbelt, yet you all come up with some smart ### reply pretending to be better than anyone else!

Oh and by the way , I haven't gone without a seatbelt since 91.

 

Did you ever see what a windshield can do to a face at 25 mph? I’m fine with the way I look right now so I’ll wear that seatbelt. If you are really ugly, I see your point.
