i have actually lost roughly 145 pounds doing long haul (what they used to call it), by leaving my co-driver at a truckstop, and never looked back.

i often wonder, how he's doing? still waiting for me to go back?

if so, it's been nearly 35 years.....

Actually carbs are not really necessary to survive. Think about this feed a cow corn long enough and it will kill it. Now go look at most any lable at the grocery! Corn is in most everything in a box or bag.

Don’t feed a Holstein any grains and it will about die. It was breed for hundreds of years to eat corn...Different breeds of cattle have different protein requirements, and those requirements vary by age too.

This might be true. But we are absolutely 100% not cows, although some resemble them in size/weight. Two totally different digestive systems. You don’t even have to go to another species to make your point. The rise of processed foods, corn syrup, high sugar consumption, gmos, etc is directly correlated with the rise of many diseases and illnesses that are killing our own species.
