    Got in my first accident a few days ago in a construction zone east of Oklahoma city. I'm going to fight the ticket that came along with it. Any referrals would be much appreciated

    It's not so much a "Good Lawyer" the ones Ive been assigned or found are sharks that will indict a ham sandwich. If there is something to defend you they will do it. I want predatory young lawyers who are hungry gunning for victories in that court room.

    Call the courthouse that will hear the case, ask the clerk who she would recommend. I have done this before with good results.

    whatever you do, get the darn thing reduced to a lesser charge. It may cost you a few bucks but it's a no-brainer, you gotta get it reduced

    Interstate trucker is a very good firm that represents truckers based in Oklahoma City. I ve had them for the last 15 years with great results

    It was worded different but basically going too fast for conditions. I had a state trooper cut off 4 people and me off in a construction zone so he could roust a couple of homeless guys passing through. I rear ended someone because of it when everyone locked up their brakes
