Post accident Drug test nightmare

Labs have argued a legal standing of a lack of "duty" to the specimen donor for their refusal to hand over test results to anyone other than the party that submits the test request, i.e., the company requesting the drug screen.

 

These leave are not flu by night outfits, the results are almost always pretty #### accurate. Instead of trying to deflect the real problem, deal with the real problem.

 

A positive DOT controlled substance test must be confirmed by the MRO after a discussion with your husband unless he could not be reached. The refusal is another matter. He is not allowed to leave the test collection site.

It is not a positive if the MRO did not confirm the test. The problem is that, under the rules, it is properly classified as a refusal to test.
