A positive DOT controlled substance test must be confirmed by the MRO after a discussion with your husband unless he could not be reached. The refusal is another matter. He is not allowed to leave the test collection site.

This is the first I've read all these comments, hope you've been able to concentrate.
At any rate, he was able to get the name of the MRO, talked to them (on speakerphone so I heard it with my own ears) and they told him he tested positive for cocaine. The letter from employer says Marijuana and refusal as originally stated.
For the record, no one died, no one was injured, but his truck had to be towed and he was cited.
Oh, and don't feel sorry for me (whoever made that comment), I know my husband and all is his shortcomings very well. It's all good. I love how everyone thinks I must not know what I'm talking about. All I can say at this point is thanks for the entertainment.truadvocate and Bean Jr. Thank this. -

It is not a positive if the MRO did not confirm the test. The problem is that, under the rules, it is properly classified as a refusal to test.
