Do you know what lab your hair will be sent to for testing? You could call that lab and ask them if your hair is long enough, they'll tell you if it is or isn't

The hair is like a recording of any illegal substance consumed during the past. So...cutting off all the hair could or would raise suspicions.

However, it seems obviously detrimental to try fix the problem with a haircut. Once a driver gets hired, there will be random testing to contend with.
