Really good money, easy to gross more than 70k only working 5 days 60-65hrs, 401k match 100% up to 3% of gross, health benefits ok a little expensive. Good honest owner, completely focused on making money to the truck therefore making money for you % based pay. There's no referral bonus that I'm aware of, I'm just trying to help out, if you're looking to get off the road these guys will hire you with no gas experience. Good luck!

Ps. In the 7 years I've been here I've never grossed less than 85k and usually get close to 100k.
