    I don't know, has there ever been a case of an Illegal alien getting welfare in America?

    In the last hundred years I don't know... But, yes in the past many outlaws were tracked and killed in Mexico!

    Just the ones who breath... right?

    Wah...you have no clue.

    take a trip to South Gate or Lynwood CA.
    Both were viable middle class towns back in the 60's.
    Now they are Mexico Norte with all of the corruption that Mexican government has to offer.

    The city of Bell Garden's all Hispanic city council has been indicted for various charges. The funny thing what they did is not illegal in Mexico....taking bribes ect is acceptable. They all thought what they did was perfectly legal and moral.

    But if this the CHANGE you voted for.....ENJOY.

    There's a shocker!

    If it's as bad as you say then why would I want to go there?

    Many city council's have been indicted over the years and a lot( oh, dare I say it) had no Mexicans on the council... But I'm sure your gonna tell me how that's different, or spin it to be the fault of Mexicans!

    You're in denial....

    But, but, but, they're only there because they do the jobs Americans refuse to do

    Who said Mexicans????? Others have illegally crossed our borders but Mexicans are the vast majority of the law-breakers.
    btw, before the borders were compromised:

    • There was no graffiti
    • There was very little crime
    • Schools didn't have to be locked up
    • High school kids actually worked in restaurants to learn humility and responsibility
    • Our hospitals provided exceptional emergency services (over 75% of Emergency wards have been closed due to the fact that Illegals use them as their primary care)
    • Our schools weren't over-crowded
    • Construction jobs actually paid enough for a man to buy a house, two cars, a boat, and still have enough money to send his kids to college. Now you can't even afford to pay rent with the low wages that Americans can't live off of.

    YO' wahwah no need to get all bent outta shape . Some of us are just reporting on what we see out here . Commenting on facts and what some news agencies arent afraid to report . There is a problem with immigration in the United States you dont want to pay attention to it thats on you . Allot of fantastic Mexicans come to the U.S everyday and become United States citizens which is what America is all about . Allot of bad ones come as well and some expect special treatment for some reason which is beyond me . I liked that " Day without an Immigrant Day " they should pull that one again except this time do it for atleast 6 months . I live here in Florida its allright and all but wages are way low and its my personal opionion its because of illegals from all corners of the world . I have one more question ..when a person goes to get a CDL in Mexico will the Mexican authorities give the test to me in English ? That would be nice dont you think Ron-Mars ? Shoot if things go smooth down there lets partner up down there Ron ! I got a couple of skateboards and 1 payed off Tractor . The tractor aint got no brakes but im sure that wouldnt be a problem in Mexico :biggrin_2551:. Oh heck i almost forgot 1 more question do they require truckers to Tarps loads in Mexico ? Because i was hauling tail across I-10 last week and i coulda swore i seen a load of chickens being pulled by a 1982 KW cabover the driver had a Sombraro on and instead of Tarpin those chickens he had a Tarp over the Roof of the KW ?? You even suposed to Tarp chickens ? dot laws change so much hard to keep up .. I know one thing you dont need to speak or read in English here in Florida to operate a truck . Intersting thread THanks wah - wah 70

    Once again I'm shocked!

    So what's your point??? Do you want them to do the jobs and then take the money back to Mexico?

    It was imlied due to the fact that we are conducting a debate about Mexicans!

    Is the Illegal Cuban population in Cali getting bad?

    You watch to much TV land! Maybe Dobie Gillis can't explain it all!

    Wah...
    If a Canadian snuck across the border I would say send his a-z-z back up.
    No one deserves to be here if they are here ILLEGALLY...
    That means anyone, I don't care if they're White, Black, Martian or Jovian.

    Do what my Great-grandfather did in his time:
    Get in line;
    Learn English; and
    Support your new country and stop waving the flags of the country you supposedly left to come here for a better life.

    WAH if you came to CA, particularly SO-CAL and observed what we Californians have to deal with:

    Press "2" for English;
    Learn Spanish for use in the workplace (some lib thought that it would be easier for English speakers to learn Spanish instead of the reverse);
    Send our kids to over-crowded schools; and
    deal with the Mexican gangs who have pretty much taken over most of L.A., Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

    I'm with you on the canucks... lol

    That would be great if we didn't start putting restrictions on the number and so called quality of immigrants...
    Ask yourself if Great-Grandfather would met the criteria!

    I've been to CA many times in fact I was there twice in the this month(lay over's at LAX).

    It's that way everywhere in the country!

    In a way it is, Spanish is an elective in many if not most High Schools in America. But, I could see how this would be a big deal to the older generations that were unable to learn it in school!

    Again, that happens everywhere!

    I think that says more about the LAPD and the SBPD's inability to crack down on not just the Mexican gangs... But, all gangs!
    It's no secret that California has consistently been amongst the leader's in gang activity for decades...
    I don't see how the blame for that falls on the Mexican population, Especially the ones that other then entering the country illegally follow laws.
    I understand that there are good and bad people in every race, I'm just not interested in issuing a blanket stereo type on all of them as a result of the actions of a few!

    Gov. Rick Perry signed a bill June 18 closing the loophole in Texas state law that prevents police from cracking down on tarping laws. The new rule takes effect Sept. 1.

    The new law, previously HB754, allows police to ticket anyone not covering their load with a tarp, whether it's in the process of spilling something or not.

    It also allows judges to increase fines for violations.

    Existing Texas rules require truck drivers to cover loose loads with a tarp. However, for any trucker to be found in violation, an officer is required to actually see something, such as sand, gravel or dirt, fall out of a truck.

    A truck driver can haul a load legally without being tarped or covered, as long as it's not blowing or spilling. Once a truck's load starts falling out, that is a violation.
