The dealer wants $300 and change for 1 cab mount on the passenger side .Such a small piece to cost that much.I am thinking, I can get the bushings on ebay and use a Vice/press to install the new one.Anyone ever done this ?

Haven't done one on a century, but did my old fld and no press needed. I used a small bottle jack to lift cab. Unbolt both sides jack up one side r&r bushing do the other one and tighten bolts.
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
It doesn't seem that hard in jacking and unbolting. The question is how hard will it be to burn off the bad bushion and press the new one in?.Centuries and Flds have different bracket and bushions.

I just did a quick internet search and if those bushings are the same type that's on the Columbia it looks as though you could buy the entire mount and you don't have to press them in and out.

But my own opinion is if you wanted to press them I think you could press the Rubber and press everything right out and just press the new one in if you use the right size socket and a heavy washer.
I would replace both at the same time.Oldironfan and henboy1 Thank this. -

Got the bad part out and waiting to see if I can get it from Richard Kearns Junyard on Tuesday . If not , I have to order from somewhere online. I have no press , so I have to get it used
