hello, I am CDL A driver with endorsements and a passport and have always loved going to Canada, as of recent i been looking for driving work, I've had a hard go at finding employment as a driver, does anyone know of companies that hire U.S citizens?I have tried a few mega Canadian mega carriers Challenger Motor Freight in Ontario, Bison and TransX in Manitoba and Mullens in Alberta, that i found on the smart rucking site but no luck as of yet, I don't mind relocating or being on the road for months I just want a job. any suggestions are appreciated thank you

Not possible to hire a us citizen for a Canadian company. You should have your pick of the litter in the states... something isn’t adding up.

Where are you located? It is possible to work directly for a Canadian carrier in certain situations, but having either dual citizenship status or at least PR status in Canada makes it much easier.
In this modern world, citizenship is irrelevant, it's work status that counts when it comes to employment.

Maybe it’s irrelevant in your country... not in ours. If you have dual citizenship yes. We have one with us.

Not irrelevant, just not as important as work status. What country are you talking about, I'm in Canada. Any one with PR status, dual citizenship, native status, or a work visa is eligible to work and live in Canada, as most of the rest of the world.

Those scum-sucking megas that are desperate for a breathing seat-warmer didn't want you? What's on your driving record?
