ELD: Class Action Lawsuit Mega Thread

I get that, and i’ll never join a class action for that reason. I suffer and the lawyers get paid. Well F that!!!

Chalk it up to lesson learned and move on with your life.

 

I have their GPS and really like the layout of the screen and software, but their hardware is junk. On my 4th power cord in 2 years and sent it in for repairs a couple times after it just died. The Garmin's are built like a tank but I don't like the software and features.

 

I am looking to begin a class action lawsuit on Samsara and their temperature monitors that do not work.

 

If your eld is not working. Send it in to the manufacturer. Open your paper log book and use it. Repeat as necessary.
Or buy exempt truck.

 

Have been using Keeptruckin for some time.
Started using it a few years ago, then went with the ELD system. Have had no problems with it. Works as advertised.
