    Oh, and Scheider Bulk in Woodhaven...... you will need training..... I see those drivers on Fridays/Saturdays near the old Detroiter, they pull alot out of BASF corp in Wyandotte.

    Shell in Galena Park, TX will make you wait up to 8 hours to get loaded. Then your outfit may want you to drive it 600 miles to get it to the consignee.

    Hey everyone quick update I applied to serval companies and I’m approved for all of them. They all have the same expectations on home time and pay. The recruiters can’t give me a pay scale to look for other then a general $1500 a week. My question is who pays the best between Dana, Trimac, highway Transport, bulkmatic, and quality carriers?

    Every one of these companys pay different . QC will depend on whether it is a company owned terminal or an affiliate. Companys pays different rates for things like air or pump off. Dana probably pays the best demurrage ($30 an hr). Some pay mileage and some pay %. Best to find some drivers and ask them.

    OP, ever look at pulling for Shelly Co. out of Toledo? It's asphalt, but not too far from ya. That's my 'home 20' when in the truck.
