Just a piss test for me prior to orientation. Been at LS 3+ years and have never been selected for a random.

 

If you are not getting a lot of replies it's because you are asking that question of the people who will have to share the road with you.

 

I had my first random 3 months in.

 

I have heard that they now do hair follicle testing. Though I heard this second hand and have not proof. The freight options here are vast. And as you build relationships with agents you will find that a large number of great loads never hit the load board. I routinely run an average of 20 percent of my freight off of the board the rest is from direct contact from agents.

 

It doesn't matter which division you run, you can haul any agencies loads! The only exception is some government freight. We still have Ligon and Gemini agents here that post loads.

 

Actually a valid question. I just had major surgery and I was prescribed opioid pain medication which will probably be in my hair. So, it's a question worth asking, because that is a drug that's now in all drug screenings. I would assume they'll give you a pass if you show a prescription but I don't have my prescription anymore.

Does not matter. You will be assigned at orientation. All groups work as one. It's nothing more than a name.

 

If you can't prove where it came from, and the only recognized exemption is from a doctor, than you might as well of bought it at the corner.

I'd have doctors written script in hand before I even opened the door.

The doctor will have a record of it, if it's legit.

You have a year in to qualify right? You should know better.
