Too bad but, some mega fuel stops and other drivers could care less about our time. How about repairing broken card readers and adding the option to email a fuel receipt when you pay at the pump?

I pulled in to fuel in Amarillo, TX a couple days ago. Busy islands. Truck next to me was in the fuel spot (not the pull up spot) parked, driver inside getting breakfast. Natural gas powered truck at a diesel pump taking a break.

I confess. I parked in a fuel island today to run into the store, take a wizz, fill my coffee mug, grab a hot dog, come back out and haul ###. This took all of 4 minutes.Oxbow, stwik, G13Tomcat and 1 other person Thank this.

I lost my stuff on a jackhole in a pickup last week blocking a fuel pump with trucks waiting. Then the jerk off in the truck next to him had his flashers on. So I finally get pulled upto the fuel pump and his truck is off, and theres no on in it. Fuel nozzle is hung up as well. Now I had already waited 10min before this. I pump then start to walk in to get my receipt and he comes walking out with his gf/wife and they were freshly showered. I think my words were "I know you didnt just leave your truck parked in the fuel island while you showered?!" His reply was "oh no engleesh, getting fuel" and proceeds to start pumping. I wanted to spray him with diesel and light him on fire.
Oxbow, D.Tibbitt, whoopNride and 2 others Thank this. -

Seeing that Mack confessed I shall do the same......I will park in the fuel island and go inside to transflo, coffee, and hit the head BUT.... There will be a truck parked in front of while I sit after fueling waiting for him to move.stwik Thanks this.

I'm sure everyone who parks in the fuel island thinks they have a justifiable reason to hold other people up.Cat sdp Thanks this.

It’s one thing if you’re in and out, but to sit there for an hour like some will do???

Highway Sailor and G13Tomcat Thank this.
