    This company will punish owner operators for breaking down and even though you communicate with them of the break down way in advance they will charge you for the leaving the trailer. They are losing huge accounts because of the poor management of communication. O.O. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THIS COMPANY. Their leasing program is the worst, we were told by an ex-driver if you term on good terms they will keep your escrow money. I have attached an email from the President herself stating that her CEO Russ states we left the truck and I returned the companies EDL equipment and other company documents in good condition. Then Russ starting antagonizing me after a 21 day break down laughing in my face he wasn't going to pay me.
    I have been in this industry for over 19 years and O.O. for 7 - I have never warned drivers of a company because I never came across one personally. Unless you are desperate....... do not sign on with this account.

    You are absolutely correct. Did the google search on the company. It's always a coincidence how so many people will have bad things to say about a company. But one person has good things to say. Transparent garbage. So OP get a bag of dog poo, go to Russ house, put the bag in front of the front door, light the bag on fire, than ring the door bell and leave.

    Well i have a complaint about the company an have all back logs to prove The company isn't worth working for. ill release once I talk to corporate an a lawyer an getting things right again.

    When I was an owner op a couple years back out of california... I actually considered working here as they make some good promises... but after looking into them thru various threads I realized they were just a ripoff.. I agree with the guy that made this thread.. a cheating company will show their true colors to more than just one driver on more than just one occasion. They rely on newbies to keep them running since trucking has such a high turnover rate then a flow of newbies will continuously come thru.
