Lack of trainers sounds like a supply and demand issue. Maybe raise the pay and see if that helps.

note they require 18 months experience if you got any experience. But for some reason hires on new drivers

You are in navajo's hiring area. They can have you in a truck by the end of the day.
There is also a sweet dedicated between salt lake and denver you might like if you are not sick of I80 -

You should not feel guilty moving on. Tell them why. You have no reason to be loyal when you aren’t even an employee yet. Even then, Werner wouldn’t care anyway.

No , most guys are OTR.
They have brand new trucks arriving every day, with 11 months they might put you in one.
The company is not perfect , but I like it. I do the dedicated because I got sick of trying to find parking.
If you are a hard runner they really keep you moving. -
