That strap ran across the top is top help prevent gang ups on the flanges that are on the top rear of the tank where it's at its tallest. At the im 15ft1in, the front i am 14ft8in, my high pole is set for 15ft7in, if I'm going to hang up, it'll be at the flanges.
As for being with the money... in my opinion, yeah it is, my company specializes in storage tank moves. Show me another company driver whos made over $42,000 for the year at this point, and i'll gladly concede.
And that strap isn't going to move, it's turned down enough where you could play music on the strap

I was curious so I went and checked. I’m at $44 k for the year with 12 of 24 pay periods Completed. I would say I’m about average for my group of drivers but in the top 15 percent of the company. Probably closer to top 10%. -

Delivered those 52' beams at a hospital in a downtown area of a major city. I enjoyed the challenge. Had to reverse a long way through cement trucks going to a pumper crane thing.
Now I'm off again with railroad tracks. Only at 11k lbs so time to enjoy some good fuel mileage. My average mpg is scary low.
