If you take the time to actually read the contract BEFORE you sign it, it will tell you all of your obligations. If you can't understand it take it to a lawyer, DO NOT rely on what the recruiter tells you.

If you have no debt or family obligations, I would recommend the following strategy for fast upward mobility. Stay at CRE for at least two years before looking around. Why? Stability looks good on your resume. Stick with your jobs for at least two years.
