Does Weather Really Affect Our Mood?

It sure does affect me. I live for the sun. I am OK with rain, or snow. But I just could not live with weeks at a time of those overcast skys. Don't know how you folks that live up around the Great Lakes can handle it.

Guess I have just spent too many years in the desert. . .

 

I know it effects my moods, I am a sunshine gal. Give my cold and gray only if there is snow, so I can play in it. Give my evening thunder storms in the summer only if it is going to cool the heat some so I can fall asleep to the light and sound show. Give my genlte rain only if the sun is still shining and I can twirl in it....But I need and want the sun and warmth, it makes a more pleasant me.
