Mixed up Background Checks?

I just got my Dac report and background info back and the info is someone elses. They have someone elses misdemeanors and about 15 tickets listed on my report with my ss#! I was let go 3 weeks ago with no explanation. Im wondering if they actually believe this bs even though it states the man is african american and his middle name is different than mine USIS is a bunch of idiots they better get this fixed or my attorney will be taking care of this.

 

My credit reports are fine I have checked them. This happened when i first started driving US Xpress told me they couldnt hire me. The lady handed me the sheet and i explained to her i was a white male and my middle name was not Damont and Ive never lived in Virginia. They hired me and I called USIS but USIS never took it off my report. This new company that acquired my company ran backgrounds on everybody and i guess they believed this BS because i was cut from my position.
