    And when you are running on really slick conditions that forward axle can steer your tractor. I reduce pressure or lift it completely
    A good company will have cab controls to lift the forward axle on a 4 axle or the fore and rear axle on a 5 axle

    This only matters if its a self steering lift axle. If its fixed it wont matter if its down when backing up.
