    Well, I rolled into Atlanta, stolen tags and almost out of gas
    Yeah, I had to get some money, lately I'd learned how to get it fast
    Those neon lights was calling me and somehow I just had to get downtown
    So I reached into the glove box, another liquor store went down

    When you do 1099 you have to pay the whole tax. When you are w2 the employer pays their share and you pay yours. on a 1099 you pay everything!

    He's definitely gonna have to pay social security and Medicare taxes at once.
    He will probably have a bunch of b.s write offs and pay a relatively low amount in taxes. But doing it that way will show low net income and he will never be able to get financing for anything.
    And if he gets audited he can get screwed pretty bad.

    Blah blah :) 1099 or w2 either way both pay social security and Medicare taxes at once. On w2 if I'm lucky $1400weekly vs on 1099 make $2300 -$3200 wkly .. pay no more 10% extra tax.. 1099 wins every time:)

    Blah blah your full of beans l. 1099 you takes your own taxes out of pay check. And if you don't the IRS comes looking for you.
