In China they've found old blueprints for those ancient ships and found a couple of ship building facilities than can accommodate those huge wooden merchant ships plus some leftover wood where they suddenly quit building.

The Chinese merchant ships carried about 100 young beautiful women to curry favor with leaders they needed to meet all over the world. The officers on the ship could visit the women in the women's quarters, but if the regular sailors were caught there, they were thrown overboard.Maj. Jackhole Thanks this.

Speaking from experience been there done that getting a H2B work visa which is temporary however it can be extended for up to 3 years in increments of 8 months the catch is you must remain in the USA on an extension the moment you leave that is cancelled and you must reapply for a new visa. The hard part is getting a company to apply for H2B visa's its a costly process,a worker can not apply it must be done by a US based company how its done is first they must prove to the dept of labour that they can not get enough drivers locally by advertising for a certain period of time once they've proved that they can't get the workers the dept of labour will petition the Dept of Homeland Security (INS) for visa approval once visa's are approved and the Transport company approves you to work for them you are sent a copy of the visa approval and take this with you to the nearest US consulate where you apply and pay a $300 fee if it is approved your good to go travel to the USA to work for that company only. The other down side is only about 50,000 visa's are approved each year which isn't a whole lot most go to the higher catorgoy of H1A which is Professors, Physicists, Doctors, Lawyers etc etc , the H2B is pretty much an unskilled category and hence gets the least amount of priority.blairandgretchen Thanks this.

Believe it or not lots of companies are still applying for H2A and H2b visa's go to this website its the official Dept of Labour site and shows all companies that have been approved for visas under the freedom of information act you can download the file and get there contact details to ask if they still have any positions under h2b i looked up everyone and not one transport company had applied for drivers however under h2a which is the agricultural visa there were at least 2 that were looking for cdl drivers most others were for harvester operators still worth looking into the catch for prospect employers under the h2a visa program they must pay for your travel expenses from your home country hence the reason most will boark at bringing someone over from Europe compared to paying a $100 bus fare from Mexico. anyway heres the web address : https://lcr-pjr.doleta.gov

Yep know exactly who your referring to, a website called "truckersforusa" was set up by Annette in Sydney we all came over in 2005 same thing Freymiller and LW Miller were the 2 companies that had INS issued and approved H2b visa's. Some of the guys put in applications for employer based green card sponsorship as far as I know only 1 driver actually got a green card under this arrangement the only other got his through marriage or F1 fiancee visa. The catch was though that until one had obtained an actual green card once their visa had expired unless they could get an extension they still had to leave the country and reapply for another visa however any company that had previously applied for visas did not come under the 50,000 visa cap and could get another visa issued. At some point once their green card processing had advanced to a certain stage they could get what was known as a "right to work card" and they could return to work in the USA without an actual work visa.Last edited: Feb 2, 2019

Well, I like Aussies WAAAAYYY more than I do Europeans.
They're down to Earth. Hard workers.
Polite. GLAD TO BE HERE. And, don't seem to be trying to change the system to a new EU.
If we do bring in foreign drivers.. get them first. They read and write English naturally, and automatically LOVE freedom.Makeajump, aussiejosh, JoeyJunk and 1 other person Thank this.
