It’s a difficult decision even for experienced drivers looking for a new company. If you know where you want to run, how long you’re willing to stay out on the road and what type of freight you want to haul (dryvan, reefer, flatbed, tanker) that will help narrow it down.
How about may trucking based out of oregon?

I kinda want to run through Carolinas, but then I want to go out near Arizona-New Mexico. But so far at least from the recruiters that have came through none of them are offering that. Mostly NE and central sometimesVic Firth Thanks this.

Check out Danny Herman

I have a pre-hire with them. But are they pretty good overall or are there bad things as with most companies?Vic Firth Thanks this.

I think they are. The drivers I’ve spoken to seem happy and they run a lot of the Southwest. There equipment seems to be well taken care of.Faintestidea Thanks this.

I'll call them tomorrow if I get a break. And I'll look into talking with freymiller also, but have to research them cause I know nothingVic Firth Thanks this.

Freymiller or Danny Herman would be a good choice. You’ll have longer runs which means you won’t be bumping docks everyday. Runs over 1000 miles are good runs in my opinion.Faintestidea Thanks this.
