Does anyone happen to know what Active Fault EEC (1) means? It started up a while ago. The #### smart idle will not stay on depriving my sleep. There is a yellow engine light and red engine light.
I am near Chattanooga, no where near any terminal. Anyone know if this is a critical issue?
Its a freightliner cascadia.

Snoop around the on display menu system, there should be a diagnostic selection. Go into that , it will give you more info.
If both yellow and red lights are on either it is going to shut down soon or derate you to 5 mph.TravR1 Thanks this. -
I tried to do that I am not sure all i was able to get was eec 1. But that red engine light bothers me. I'll call breakdown and see what they say.

TravR1 Thanks this. -
The regen worked anyway and all the lights went off. I'll be ######.
ncmickey, BillStep and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
When it said eec 1 you should have been able to go deeper into that with the menu enter switch for more details.
