TransAm is ok if you're not concerned about big paychecks. Stay away from the lease/purchase program. Their trucks are as nice as any on the road for the new driver; they're loaded with driver amenities for comfort and long hauling.
I think Freymiller trucks are set up about the same as TransAm.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

NOT going to give an "I told you so" speech because I think this type of shaming actually keeps other drivers from posting about their troubles.

Like most rookies, you learned the hard way what the veterans know about all bottom feeders: for every driver who claims he's happy, there are many many more who are being exploited.

If crst put truck abandonment on your record, it's in your best interest to hire a lawyer to get it removed. Otherwise, this can bite you in the tush later on.

 

I was about to got to crst training in iowa. what documents do they need? I don't understand what exactly was the problem with your cdl

 

I don't where else to go out of 22 companys there the only ones that told me they didn't require tax documents for employment verification. Iv been under table self employed my whole life

 

I thought you went back to CRST for a second go at it.

 

Just get started with CRST and get it over with. After your 10 month contact if fulfilled, you can go to dozens of companies. CRST is just a stepping stone to get where you really want to be.
