"ive asked them" youve asked them what and by the way screaming about it dosnt make people pay any more attention how are you being cheating you on your miles and on your detention pay what is the standard in which you get detention dose it have anything to do with whether or not the company gets detention or is it automatic

Insert some proper punctuation into that sentence and we'll be able to tell exactly what company you are saying to avoid.

As it is we are left wondering what the company name is.

As a first generation immigrant from across the pond I can tell you that the English language is not a easy learn especially if you are not born into it.

I found the post a hard read also, but I do not think one can draw conclusions on a strangers intelligence based on their command of the English language in it's written form.

Since it has already been pointed out that the OP's post lacked basic factors which would allow one to give advise. Whats the point of repeating it?

I think I understand what you are trying to say, but I'm sure you do.
Get you a local job somewhere and go to school at night. Learn a few things that will help you communicate with the company. For instance: " I will leave this ,,,,,,, where she sits."

Seriously, do the math, if you can get a decent hourly wage while you attend school at night, then you will be better off. Sounds to me you need to be in a structured environment like a Plant. They will continue to take advantage of you as long as they know you will never make anyone understand why they are wrong.

Dave, is the company you're referring to Dixon-Meyers Trailways, Rochelle, Il ? They seem to be a bus company, so are you a bus driver for them, perhaps doing OTR charters, etc.?

Anyway, as others have pointed out, a person's communicative skills will often have a lot to do with their success or failure in life.

"Calling them out" is not usually the best way to solve problems with your employer, first try to communicate your problems with them. I can see that you don't do this well, so maybe this is the reason you feel they disrespect you. Maybe they just don't understand what you're saying.
