No, Princess. What I mean is this..
After Dec 31, 2010, most trucks will not meet emissions requirements in this state. Which will make them worth little more than scrap value in this state. So trucks older than 2007 are very likely to find their way to the used truck market in other states, which will flood the used truck market. -
