Are you talking about a centrifuge?

I had one on my 4300 Transtar, back in the 70's,80's,90's,loved it. It worked fantastic, you will be amazed at the amount of dirt it pulls out of your oil. Make sure you put the paper liners in the can, makes it much easier to clean. Dirt will pack in there like asphalt. I made the mistake of first mounting mine on the firewall without any cushioning, finally put some rubber between it,and where it mounted,to knock out the vibration noise.
I actually got mine for free, won it in an old Overdrive magazine contest. As far as the air line,I believe you can hook that to anywhere you have a steady constant supply. You will enjoy it,good luck.

I used a Spinner on my Eagle 4300 NTC 350 Cummins I bought new in 1977,ran it until 1985,I put that engine and centrifuge in my new glider I built, and ran it another 11 years. When I sold that truck,it had well over a million and a half miles on that engine, crank never out of the block, and no measurable wear, still ran standard engine bearings, just normal overhaul intervals.
There are some diesel engine manufacturers that use a centrifuge only as the oil filter on their engines,it's a well proven idea, just has to be disassembled to be cleaned,no biggee.

I’ve got 1.2 million on my c15, she’s shooting up pretty quick,I’m not looking to extend my oil changes but rather keep the soot to a minimum,it’s plugging up the filters at about every 5k miles, ordered the bypass plunger valve, yet to hear from kw,but I did talk to Freightliner tonight and cat just issued 40 of them lol ,they closed the cat house here in Houston, going to also change the boost sensor to see if that helps, she still pulls good, but do need to get her into a shop, but in the meantime just looking at buying some time

Do you have an AD-IS air dryer? If so, the best place is right off an an unused auxiliary port. If not, my seconds choice would be the secondary tank after the low pressure valve so it cuts air to it if you lose air pressure.
