The good news is you only stayed a month,
The bad news is,well you only stayed a month.. And chances are the company will charge you back for not fulfilling the contract(it was minimum one year when I was working there).

 

They tried to make me sign it but they forgot I was a level 2. So I took the road test, passed and got bumped down to level 1 and didn't have to go with a trainer for a week. My understanding of the 1 year contract was for people who were level 3 or level 4 who wanted to take time off of their 3-4 weeks of training.

 

But, you bit them right? Nice going!

 

I wouldn’t go to that company even if it was my last resort. The idiocy I’ve seen displayed by their drivers is very telling of how far down in the barrel they scrape for recruits. I have no doubt western express would even hire the Boston Strangler or Jason Voorhees if they had cdl’s.... it’s one of the big mega-training companies that I would love nothing more to see driven out of business.

I have a friend that works as a trainer for Western Express. I don’t know why he’s in there but whatever. He sent me a picture of the trainers in a meeting. The trainers looked like the characters from the movie suicide squad. I swear.

 

What kind of entertainment???

 

When I was there you had all sorts of characters. Lmao
