Not enough details to make an honest decision . Sounds too good to be true, but then again it could be. If you decide to do this get it in writing and have it signed by him and get a J .P. to notarize it. That way he can't go back and say he didn't say so.

A 1998 international could be a money pit due to it's age, mileage, or maintenance. It could also be difficult finding a company to sign it on to because of it's age. I'd want to know a whole lot more details about the truck, the ownership details & the overall condition of the truck as well as any records on it and the driving position, home time, pay structure & frequency etc. before I'd consider it myself. If you have thoroughly checked out everything and if it seems legit, make sure you get it all in writing and make sure you read all the fine print before signing.

Hey pal sound like you don’t know much about trucks and delivery business...please send me the info where the truck is located I’ll buy it. That’s a very good deal if it’s a DT466 engine they run for ever just the engine cost 5K.
