    I've heard whenever they over booked the pay parking, the Truck stop manager will have them park this way on the fuel island. If this was the case, it is the truck stop causing the problem.
    Though it would make me quite unhappy to be ask to park there if I had prepaid for a spot

    That would suck... however the 1st time the place was mt. I’m sure of it...... last night it was full tho. Same truck twice seems like to much of a coincidence

    Will say something to management next time.
