I did. I was one of the big group of people recently who was hiring, went through training, completed training, and never got a truck because they aren't putting anyone in then due to the lack of freight. So yeah, I don't really go around saying it, but I got screwed by Werner.

 

Hubby almost went to Oakley before he went to Heartland. Mileage pay is better at Heartland but then again, if they don't have the freight base it doesn't really matter how much they're paying you.

 

I can't believe you havent tried Pritchett trucking, they practilly own Bradford and sorrunding companies...but you might not like their kind of work...

 

I coulda told you that. Well, actually they told me they don't take grads. Have to have a year, so I don't know what the heck they're telling you. Most of their drivers have experience elsewhere.
