I agree with that! My tail/brake lights are still the old style. These lights will be mounted on the catwalk/frame to shine back on the trailer. So if they ice over I’ll still be seen

Yep. I agree with the price.

I just posted that link to show there is alternatives.

I like LED's because they last much longer than incandescent lights.
In the long run which cost more?
Don't forget about those cvsa inspections caused by a burned out bulb.

As for snow pack on the non-heated LED's. I've had the same problem with incandescent bulbs.
Solution, stop and clean them bulbs off, the same time you clean the snow off your license plate and the undercarriage.

I replaced the incandescent lights that were on the back of my tractor when I bought it after about 4 years of owning the truck with Grote LED's. The 1st quit working after 3 years and was replaced with another. The other made it 5 years before it was replaced with another. The 1st quit working again a few months ago, and now has a $5 incandescent again. For the money I've spent on 2 sets of LED's, I could've changed incandescents annually as PM...but I get just as long (if not longer) out of incandescents...not to mention the aggrevation of trying to get a company shop to replace the stupid light when half the diodes aren't working because "the light still works..."
