Didn't take the time to browse the forum to see where I should specifically post this but I stopped by one of my local wally worlds this evening, and spotted this awesome cab-over parked behind the store. So I walked my happy ### back there and snagged a pic to share with you all. Pretty neat.
Pretty Cool!

What a gross piece of truck!
A cab-over is bad enough, but those huge top windows would drive me crazy. -
Interesting. Different strokes as they say. I'd drive that rig over a new plastic emissions truck any day of the week.singlescrewshaker and Rubber duck kw Thank this.

I used to drive on like that pulling flatbed running from Tennessee to California.
It was governed at 75 mph.scythe08 and TheyCallMeDave Thank this. -
Way better than the new junk.
TheyCallMeDave Thanks this. -
Clean looking rig. Air ride? I’d guess that the owner stretched the frame a bit, because the cabovers I drove were extremely short wheelbase.
TheyCallMeDave Thanks this. -
Have you ever lived in a cabovers? From what I remember they are aweful. Crawling over the doghouse to get in the sleeper. No room to move around because of the doghouse.cant stand up to put on your clothes so have to do it laying down or sitting.sitting over the front axle so it rides rough. Never drove a " flat floor", I heard they were better. You can have them ,I'll stick with my newer Pete. Oh ,don't forget anytime you do maintainance and jack up the cab you have to take a bunch of stuff out.TheyCallMeDave Thanks this.

That’s the way I remember it too.
Funny all this nostalgic talk by some.. I’m thinking either Alzheimer’s is setting in, or they never had the “pleasure” of the experience.x1Heavy and hagarcobra Thank this. -
Yeah, but they sure were easy to back. You could stuff those puppies in even the worst of holes- usually 1st shot.

At least you could find your rig easy, probably would not have to worry about someone steeling it and if that car cut in front of you, you would not lose sight of them.
x1Heavy Thanks this.
