Toot the celadon horn all you want, I don't care about that, but when you cast aspersions on smaller companies I'm going to speak up ... and that's not bullying. You implied that smalller carriers offer benefits inferior to the large carriers. How do you know what benefits are offered by most smaller companies? You don't. There's so many companies out here, that you couldn't possibly know.

I did a lot of research before picking my first company. I looked at different sized companies from 100 trucks to 10,000 trucks. I found the best overall compensation/benefits at smaller companies and that's what I went with and have been satisfied with my choices.

I'm sorry you felt bullied... it wasn't intended. And, I'm glad you've found a company that meets your needs.
