Have you really ever been on a busy interstate in your life? Apparently not.

If one lane gets closed due to construction or a rolling road block (slow ### truck) then traffic backs up behind it because there is more traffic than one lane can handle.

So if you do actually care about safety on the road you would watch the traffic behind you as well as the traffic in front of you.

You don't have to be physically involved in an accident to be the cause of one.

I spend close to half my time on the road in 75mph speed zones. If you can't handle your truck at at least 70mph get your slow ### on the service road.

You are in a big hurry aren't you. Hammer down! Pass em supertrucker. If the government said you could drive 90mph I bet you would give it your best to do 90. Everybody is always in your way..dang it.

He didnt cause an accidents. None. When you are hammer down you need to aware that some vehicles will not be going as fast as you. Get yourself in the passing lane ahead of time and plan out your move. In case you didn't know it, other people are out here driving around. Also there are entrance and exit ramps. At 60 to 65mph..ok..if you don't think you mov'in..open the door and get out.

Driven on many busy highways bub. It's not handling, it's stopping. Ever driven in Los Angeles? Traffic will come to a screeching hault with no prior warning. Cars can stop for it...trucks can't. Ever wonder why we are limited to 55 in caliCalifo? That's why. What is the braking distance on a semi at around 75k traveling around 85mph. I can't find it, but I think it's safe to assume 800 feet at a bare minimum. A car can stop at that speed in like less than 200 feet probably. If you're to incompetent to estimate speed of the vehicle in front of you, you honestly have no business on the road and should go back to the hot wheels and matchbox tracks lol

a fully loaded tractor-trailer weighing 80,000 pounds traveling under ideal conditions at a speed of 65 miles per hour will take 525 feet to stop (almost the length of two football fields).

So you think wanting to maintain the speed limit means I'm in a big hurry?

I'm still trying to find out what it is at 85mph. I keep reading different things on this an so much of it contradicts eachoeach

Do me and others a real big favor..... stay out there in California far far away from Texas where one limit applies to all. When all traffic flows at the same speed there will be less accidents.
